Good morning, all!
This is a short post, but I wanted to share a great resource I've come across in the last few weeks: Rike Neville's ESL website.
You can visit the website here.
Rike has long, thoughtful blog posts that address a range of adult ESL instruction topics, from activities to increase engagement, to making positive first impressions, to navigating multi-level/multi-background classroom settings.
The site also has resources on specific activities, games, and learning tools that are proven effective with adult ESL learners. Some of the resources are free, and others are available for purchase (and are very affordable). Rike's content explains the tools very helpfully so you can tell what you're getting into and whether they'll be helpful before you purchase.
There's also a monthly newsletter you can subscribe to, and I've found it to be very helpful, informative, and inspirational in my own tutoring.
Thanks for reading, and I hope this website is a useful tool for you.
